Jiaheng Art & Sculpture previously created a model of the iconic IP food truck for the “Zootopia” themed area at Shanghai Disneyland. The truck features brown and orange as its primary colors, with warm string lights on the roof serving as a signature design element. The food truck primarily sells themed merchandise and snacks.
Our Solution
We adopt 3D printing and FRP molding technology to craft a 1:1 life-size replica of this concept sales car model. The main frame is made of high-quality fiberglass, ensuring outstanding structural stability and long-lasting durability. Complex tiny components are produced by high-precision 3D printing to perfectly restore intricate details and realistic proportions. The model surface is finely polished and coated with eco-friendly automotive paint, delivering a smooth finish, UV resistance, scratch resistance and anti-aging properties.
